What Simbeck Offers?Simbeck offers an excellent opportunity to earn a good living, while at the same time getting you home frequently enough to really enjoy being there. You will be running the same geographic areas on a repetitive basis, transporting freight for large group of primary customers. Drivers at other companies may deliver a load and not see the same customer again for months or years, and in some cases never. Most of our customers utilize our services on a repeat basis for primarily regional or short haul loads, so in most cases our drivers have been there many times before and will be there again. Of course we have some loads that are infrequent runs as well, but the majority are repeat locations. For our drivers, that makes their jobs much easier. They know the routes, the best places to take meal and rest breaks and exactly how long the trips will take in most cases. this makes for a much more enjoyable driving job. It generally will take you about three months here to get used to our routes. By then for most drivers, they have a good idea of our operating areas after that. |
Driver Qualifications:Simbeck currently hires both experienced drivers and driver trainees who meet hiring criteria.
